This program is for 10th-11th Graders. The CIT Program is a two week program which focuses on communication, leadership, teamwork, service and decision making skills. CITs build confidence and respect through experiential activities. The first week will be spent learning how to be a safe and responsible camp counselor. After a weekend back at home, CITs return to Camp Miller and are placed in cabin groups as assistants to the head counselors. They also get to test their new skills while they work with day campers. This puts the CITs skills to work and helps them grow as leaders.

**CITs are required to go home on Friday evening and return to camp on Sunday for another great week!**
